space/object/environment: how to see, feel, and live within your improvised world

w/Justin Michael Terry and Ryan Marsico

This workshop with redDoor is a space/object/environment intensive, helping you to maintain the integrity of the worlds you create when improvising. The world you manufacture around you is just as much a character in the scene as your living, breathing scene partner and that world is full of just as many ideas. Be ready to move.

Ryan Marisco comes from Orlando, FL, where he grew up watching his parents perform improv daily at Walt Disney World. The oldest of 6, he graduated with a BA in acting and he's always enjoyed comedy, movies, physicality and overall storytelling. After moving to LA in 2009, he quickly became a mainstage player at ComedySportz LA, iO West, and UCB. He's a founding member of The Resistance (a hour-long improvised action movie with stunt pads) and the internationally touring redDoor (a writing/performing duo). When not teaching or performing improv for fun, he works at Universal Studios Hollywood performing a job.
